Describe Openness to Experience (Big 5)
Openness is the level of interest someone has for novelty, and their creativity. It comes with better learning, creativity and flexibility.
Describe Conscientiousness (Big 5)
A measure of personal consistency and reliability. Someone will be more responsible, organised, dependable and persistent.
Describe Extraversion (Big 5)
The way you interact with others - extroverts are more gregarious, assertive, sociable, and less thoughtful, reserved, timid.
Describe Agreeableness (Big 5)
The degree to which a person is willing to defer. This comes with cooperation, warmth, trust.
Describe Emotional Stability (Neuroticism) (Big 5)
The degree to which a personal can withstand stress. High ES - calm, confident, secure
Low ES - hyper vigilant, vulnerable
What is personality faking?
People meld their personality top what companies might be expecting. In interview stage personality tests, job applicants tend to score higher you might normally expect on Extraversion, Emotional Stability, Conscientiousness, and Openness.

It has been shown that computer algorithms examining digital footprint of candidates creates a more accurate personality map (judging by a candidates own perception) than the candidates friends can.
