Describe the socialisation theory
A process adapts employees to organisational cultures. Cultures are learnt (pre-arrival - the information you know), then encountered (seen in action), then new arrivals change to match the culture.
Describe Person-Organisation Fit Theory
People are attracted to and selected by organisations based on the match or fit between their personality and the company culture.
Describe Attraction-Selection-Attrition Theory
Individuals are attracted to organisations with cultures similar to their personality
Organisations are more likely to select employees with a personality similar to their culture
Employees who are misfits are more likely to leave their organisation

Cultures are created because they are beneficial to groups (cultural evolution)
