Relaxed, tolerant approach, lower stress levels

Swing between emotions, anxious
Extroversion
RAS inhibits external stimuli, so low arousal levels, so chase arousal
Introversion
RAS doesn’t inhibit external stimuli, so high arousal, avoid external stimulation
