Women should be able to participate in political life and not be barred from entering professions
Problem: women are forbidden to exercise practical abilities they are conscious of.

Sometime violence is necessary to invoke reform
Men got to vote because they were violent. Women didn’t vote because they were law abiding: women now must do what the men did.
Only violence can invoke changes one men think women are superhuman (too delicate) or subhuman.
