>1.2 = calcified 0.9-1.2 = normal 0.7-0.9 = PAD 0.5-0.7 = severe PAD <0.5 = critical limb ischaemia

80mg atorvastatin + 75mg clopidogrel
quit smoking and exercise training

> 5.5 OR pain OR >1cm/yr growth operate
4.5-5.5 = 3m USS
3-4.5 = 12m USS

EVAR

nifedipine CCB
latanoprost or iloprost infusion

1st line for venous ulcers and varicose veins

4 layer bandaging (must exclude arterial disease with ABPI first!)
