drainage via pocket
gentle sub-gingival debridement
hot saline mouthwash
extraction of teeth with poor prognosis
antibiotics
follow up with HPT and surgery if indicated
what is the periochip?
local delivery of chlorhexidine 2.5mg
biodegrades in 7-10 days
