What are stillbirth causes?

A

Placental causes - infection, thrombi, abruption
Congenital abnormalities - trisomies, cardiac anomalies, aneuplodies
Fetal - alloimmunisation
Neonatal - prematurity
Intrapartum - abruption, maternal and fetal infection, cord prolapse, idiopathic hypoxia
Maternal - hypertension, diabetes, obstetrics cholestasis
Infection - unspecified, bacterial, GBS
Cord - prolapse
