EKG findings of periarditis
tx?
A
ST segment elevation in all leads
PR segment depression in lead 2 is pathognomonic.
NSAIDs+colcichine. If pain persist after 1-2 days you can add prednisone.

Best initial treatment for constrictive pericarditis?
A
Diuretics (removing the calcified pericardium is the most effective but happens after diuretics).
