When to use PCSK9 inhibitors?
A
When LDLD remains elevated (it is a n injectable). It lowers LDL massively and also in patient with familial hypercholesterolemia.
Evolocumab, Alirocumab.

What is contraindicated with sildenafil?

Nitrates. Hypotension danger!
