  • will monitor the call in question.
  • sergeant is responsible to contact the PR and advise of the extended delay and/or offer possible resolutions (hold for next clear unit, request a unit from a neighboring area to assist. Sergeant then will advise the dispatcher of the outcome of the contact with the PR, and sergeant will update call accordingly.

  • will contact the PR and advise of the delay and update call, and unless emergency circumstances exist, WILL have an officer sent to the call. This will include the area sergeant requesting officers from a neighboring area command.
