I- medial surface of proximal tibia (pes anserine), distal to tibial tuberosity
A- flexes, abducts, and laterally rotates hip, flexes knee
N- femoral nerve

Gluteus Maximus
O- Lateral surface of ilium behind posterior gluteal line, posterior sacrum
I- Iliotibial tract, gluteal tuberosity of femur
A- Extend, laterally rotate, and abduct the hip
N- Inferior gluteal nerve
BS- inferior and superior gluteal arteries
Gluteus medius
o- Lateral surface of ilium between anterior and posterior gluteal lines
I- greater trochanter
A- Abduction of hip, medial rotation and flexion of hip (anterior fibers), lateral rotation and extension of hip (posterior fibers)

O- Lateral surface of ilium between anterior and inferior gluteal lines
