I- knee joint capsule
A- tenses and pulls the joint capsule proximally during knee extension

O- body and inferior ramus of pubis
I- medial surface of proximal tibia (pes anserine), distal to medial condyle
A- Adduction of hip, ledial rotation of hip IF knee is flexed, knee flexion

O- Ischial tuberosity
I- head of fibula
A- extension of hip, flexion of knee, laterally rotate knee

A- flexion of knee, laterally rotate knee

A- extension of hip, flexion of knee, medial rotate knee

BS- deep femoral and popliteal arteries
semitendinosus
O- ischial tuberosity
I- medial surface of proximal tibia (pes anserine), distal to medial condyle
A- extension of hip, flexion of knee, medial rotation knee

Popliteus
O- Lateral femoral condyle
I- Proximal 1/3 posterior tibia (proximal to soleal line)
A- medial rotation of tibia on femur, lateral rotation of femur on tibia (unlock knee)
N- tibial nerve
