Male: 18-22cm
Female: 4cm = more likely to get UTI
What leads the descent of the testes?

May cause infertility and increased risk of cancer

What nerve supplies the skin and muscles of the perineum?
Pudendal nerve
Pudendal nerve block anaesthesia given during pregnancy
What’s the lymphatic drainage of the lateral breast?
Axillary nodes (to infraclavicular and supraclavicular nodes to subclavian trunk)
What’s the lymphatic drainage of the medial breast?
Parasternal nodes (to bronchomediastinal trunks to thoracic/ right lymphatic duct)
What’s the lymphatic drainage of the superior breast?
Interpectoral (Rotter’s) nodes
What’s the lymphatic drainage of the inferior breast?
Abdominal nodes
