if neg, do bone scan
tx croup
steroid
racemic epi if mod to severe to reduce need for intubation
indication for tympanostomy tube
3 AOM in last 6 months
4 AOM in last year, with one in last 6 months
tx developmental dysplasia of hip up to 6 months
closed reduction & immobilization in Pavlik harness
ultrasound of hip to ensure proper positioning
management of lymphadenopathy
FU in 4 weeks
tx CAP in 2 month - 5 year
high dose PO amoxicillin (covers strep)
tx CAP child 5-16 yo
azithromycin (covers mycoplasma and chlamydia)
