waist circ > 40 in men or > 35 in women
TG > 150

fasting glucose > 110
things to look at to stop stress test
ST depression at least 3 mm
ST elevation at least 1 mm
fall systolic at least 20
meds to tx angina
nitrates (decr preload and O2 demand)
BB (decr O2 consumption)
CCB (dilate coronary aa)
side effects of HCTZ
hyponatremia
hypokalemia
dehydration
incr serum uric acid –> gout
side effects of ACEi
hyperkalemia
cough
angioedema
