S34 - police caution
S36 marks and substances
S37 suspect and scene (arrested + item on him at scene)

  • removes right to silence
  • got to be arrested (not VA)
  • WYP dont give for DNA and fingerprints at scene
  • used at end of interview. State going to put them under a higher evidential caution - question - recaution (when)
