Ureterolith
aka “Urinary bladder stone”. A stone located within the urinary bladder.
Cystolith
A chronic inflammation within the walls of the bladder.
Interstitial Cystitis
aka “enlarged prostate”, that can make urination difficult and can cause urinary tract problems for men.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
An infection involving the structures of the urinary system that usually begins in the bladder. This is caused by bacteria entering through the urethra.
Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
The absence of urine formation by the kidneys.
Anuria
Increased output of the urine. A condition in which the kidneys filter too much bodily fluid.
Diuresis
Painful or difficult urination
Dysuria
Frequent or excessive urination during the night
Nocturia
Inability to control the excretory functions of urine, feces, or both.
Incontinence
