What are the characteristics of a granuloma?
A
Altered macrophages, fused macrophages, epithelioid cells, mixture of chronic inflammatory cells
Ploymorphnuclear leucocytes, cellular debris and fibrin usually not found unless there is a focus of suppuration

A
The ductular epithelium. –> adenocarcinoma
