What are the relations of superior mesenteric artery?
Superiorly: neck of pancreas
Postero-inferiorly: third part of duodenum and uncinate process
Posteriorly: left renal vein
Right: superior mesenteric vein

The renal veins lie most anteriorly, followed by artery and ureter at most posterior.

Splenic vein
