Veal and Spinach Ravioli

A

6 handmade ravioli filled with a veal farce of ground veal, golden raisins, spinach and parmesan cheese. Served in a beurre monte sauce with parmesan heese and mizuna greens. Topped with shaved parmesan cheese, mizuna greens and chive oil.
Ravioli filling contains veal, garlic, cream, spinach, golden raisins, parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
DAIRY ALLERGEN: parmesan cheese in the sauce/ravioli/garnish; butter in beurre monte.
Ingredients CANNOT be omitted from filling of ravioli. This product is made fresh daily.

Prosciutto & Ricotta Tortelli

A

8 (dinner) or 7 (lunch) handmade tortelli’s filled with , Ricotta cheese, and prosciutto. Tossed in a sauce of Buerre monte. Sweet Peas, Green Onion, Asparagus, Shaved Parmesan, Torn mint.

*Beurre monte is heated in a aute pn with lemon juice. English peas, Asparagus, and onion are added and gently warmed through. Tortelli is added and Garnished with parmesan, lemon zest, mint leaves and fresh ground black pepper.
*Allergens: DAIRY – parmesan cheese, butter in beurre monte; GLUTEN
Ingredients cannot be omitted form the filling of the tortelli. This product is made fresh daily

Mushroom Pappardelle

A

Pappardelle pasta boiled in salted water and then added to a sauce mix consisting of butter, mushroom stock, truffle oil, salt and pepper and then tossed with herbs and parmesan cheese. It is placed in a bowl and topped with caramelized mushrooms and finished with truffle oil, herbs, and shaved parmesan.
Caramelized Mushrooms: crimini, oyster, shiitake, and a wild mushroom cooked in EVOO, kosher salt, herb mix
Allergens: Gluten, dairy

Sweet Potato Cannelloni

A

5 handmade cannelloni served in a roasted mushroom beurre monte sauce with wilted baby spinach. Garnished with toasted almonds and chives.
DAIRY ALLERGEN: sweet potato filling, beurre monte, toasted almonds cooked in butter.
NUT ALLERGEN: toasted almonds.
Cannelloni filling contains sweet potatoes, honey and mascarpone cheese.
Ingredients CANNOT be omitted from the filling of the cannelloni. This product is made fresh daily.

Lasagna Bolognese

A

Handmade mafalda pasta tossed with Bolognese sauce, beurre monte, and herb mix. Spinach ricotta filling is mixed among pasta and placed in bowl. Topped with pizza cheese mix (mozzarella, fontina and parmesan cheese) and melted down. Served with two slices of garlic bread.
DAIRY ALLERGEN: ricotta cheese filling, pizza cheese.
Mafalda is a wide, flat pasta that is hand made in house.
Free form lasagna: served in a bowl and not a slice of lasagna out of a casserole.
Bolognese sauce contains beef, pork, mushrooms, garlic, herbs, celery, onion, carrots and tomatoes.
