Chopped Chicken Salad
Mixed greens tossed with buttermilk dressing, grape tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, and peanut granola.

Salmon Caesar
Romaine hearts tossed with house made Caesar dressing, ciabatta croutons, parmesan cheese. Served topped with grilled Atlantic salmon.
TEMPERATURE ON SALMON: chef’s recommendation is medium (warm throughout, slightly translucent in center).
FISH ALLERGEN: anchovies in dressing.
DAIRY ALLERGEN: parmesan cheese in dressing and in salad.
Beet Salad
Golden and candy striped beets, steamed and chilled tossed with arugula, and red wine vinaigrette. Served on top of goat cheese cream, drizzled with red wine gastrique, garnished with crumbled goat cheese, pistachios, and chives.
