What are the diagnostics and treatments for ACS/MI?

A
  • thallium scans/ nuclear stress test
  • Echo rest and stress ultrasound
  • coronary angiography: NPO 6-12 hours and may get beta blocker
  • PCI: balloon, stent, angio
  • Fibrinolytics
