Q

What is neuro plasticity?

A

Dendrites, axons, and synapses grow and change through a persons life. When more learning memories are created, dendrites grow which then increases the area in the synapse. This is known as neuro plasticity

Q

What are synapses?

A

Between neurons, messages are transmitted chemically by neurotransmitters across the synapse (very small gap) from the axon terminal of the pre synaptic neuron to the receptors on the other, post synaptic neuron

Q

What are the responses that neurotransmitters release?
