Negative resolution

A

Most statutory interpretation is subject to this unless it is rejected by parliament within 40 days, then it will become law, if minister in charge decides this detail needs to be added they will lose 10 days.

Affirmative resolution

A

A smaller number of statutory interpretation are subject to this, si can not become law without being specific approved by parl, requirements for this are in the enabling act.

Super affirmative resolution

A

Only for del leg created to remove burden under legislation reform act, it gives parl/ mins greater power to amend acts which is normally only allowed under parliamentary sovereignty.
