2: Bilateral Involvement, no balance impairment
3: Impaired Balance, problems with work, loss of independence
4: Fully developed, walk and stand but noticeable tremor

Rx for Parkinsons
A
dopaminergics: increase mobility, decrease tremors
MAO-B: inhibits enzyme that inactivates dopamine breakdown
COMT: inhibits the metabolism of dopamine
Anticholenergics: decrease tremors, drooling
