Ancylostoma duodenale & Necator americanus. Skin contact with warm soil- travel through vessels to lungs-> GI tract

Rash at site of invasion, Resp issues durning larval migration, Epigastric pain, anorexia, diarrhea & anemia

Enterobius vermicularis AKA Pinworm. Person to person, food & fomites. Eggs deposited in perineum- common in children

Trichanella. Ingestion of undercooked pork. Travel through bloodstream and form cysts in muscles

Asymptomatic -> myalgia, periorbital edema, subconjunctival or retinal hemorrhage

Elevated serum muscle enzymes or ELISA

Albendazole, severe= supportive therapy

Dog & cat hookworms- SE USA. Migration of worm through skin- can’t complete lifecycle

Intensely pruitic, erythematous papules on hands & feet followed by serpegionus tracts
