A
  • infected pancreas necrosis
  • persisting necrotising pancreatitis
  • abscess not reachable through CT punktion
  • pseudocyst that are symptomatic

Favorite Operative technique

A
One time necrosectomy with continuous lavage
- do it as late as possible to have a demarcated necrosis
- open small bursa
- clear up all necrosis
- microbiology
Lavage:
- peritonealdialysis solution
- 10-20l per day
- may take up to 3-6 weeks
