Very seldom : resection
Nost common : open drainage.

Endoscopic

A

Possible if cyst is close to stomach or duodenum
Stents that stay 4-6 weeks to build a fistula
Recurrence in 20% of cases
Internal inside pancreatic duct also possible although difficult (no stone, requires small stents with incomplete drainage)
