Acetaminophen and ibuprofen

Acetaminophen: 160mg/5 ML Q 4-6 hours prn
Ibuprofen infant drops: 50 mg/1.25 mL (10 to 15 mg per kilogram) every 6–8 hours PRN
Ibuprofen children’s liquid: hundred milligrams/5 mL every 46 hours as needed
