Mild to moderate pain
A
- Tylenol 625 mg bilayer caplet, 2 tablets PO every 8 hours
- Mobic 7.5 - 15mg PO daily
*** Casualty still able to fight

Moderate to severe pain
A
*** Casualty not in shock and NOT in respiratory distress
- Fentanyl Citrate 800 ug between cheek and gum

Moderate to severe pain
** IN SHOCK or IN RESPIRATORY distress
A
- Ketamine 50mg IM or Intranasal every 30 minutes
OR - 20mg IV/IO every 20 minutes

5mg IV/IO max of 15mg
* reassess in 10 min

400 mg IV/PO q 24 hours
