A
5 cc of another urine portion + 5 cc water + HNO drop
Boil until 5 cc left
Cool, then add 10% FeCl

A
5 cc of urine + 2 drops of 20% acetic acid + 3 drops iodine sol’n + 2-3 drops chloroform
Shake, reddish violet if (+), no change if (-)
