What is the Barlow Maneuver
with hand on bent knee and hip flexed, adduct the hip and apply backward pressure to dislocate the femoral head from the acetabulum
There will be a palpable “clunk” caused by hip dislocation when the hip is flexed and adducted with downward pressure

At 5 years old = cc 50 cm
