Four characteristic features of tetralogy of fallot
A
- Ventricular septal defect
- Right ventricular hypertrophy
- Pulmonary stenosis
- Overriding aorta (overriding the ventricular septum receiving blood from both ventricles)

What are “TET Spells”
A
Seen in Tetralogy of fallot
Worsening of the Left —> right shunt during exertion/crying/agitation
Causing increased pulmonary resistance
—> Cyanotic episode (if severe can cause seizures or even death)
