dry the baby

5 rescue breaths
recheck and do again
ventilate for 30 seconds
start chest compressions (3:1)
reassess HR every 30 seconds

sniffing the air
what is done in paediatric resus?
5 breaths
15:2 chest compressions
what should be done if a child is coughing?
if unconscious: 5 breaths, continue 15:2 CPR
if conscious: 5 black blows, 5 thrusts
