Usually heals in 6-8 weeks and monitor in that time- if fails to heal then referral may be appropriate

How do you work out the normal feeding amount for a baby up to 6 months
Weight x 150 = total volume they should have in mls in 24 hours
When is jaundice pathological
First 24 hours of life
Days 1-14 are normally physiological
treat with phototherapy or exchange transfusion
Use the threshold graph to determine whether they need it or not
How to calculate dehydration fluids
Fluid deficit = weight x dehydration % x 10
(Over 48 hours!
