In Children:

Young bone is more porous and tolerates more deformation
What are the physiological differences between childrens bones and adults bones?
Remodelling, overgrowth, progressive deformity, speed of healing is much faster
Define Normal Variation
Spectrum/patter of noral within 2 standard deviations from mean. Age is matches
Define physiological development
Change in shape/angle/appearance with growth
What should be done on clinical assessment?
Walking, standing, alignment from front, patella position, heals/arch/toes/leg length from behind, tip toe, staheli rotational profile
