1yr - 1.0mg 0.1ml (10kg)
IM morphine should not exceed 0.5ml
paed naloxone imi (NB, 3mo, 6mo, 1yr) 10mcg/kg - from 400mcg/1ml
10mcg/kg 400mcg in 1 mL nb - no si - 60mcg 0.15ml (6kg) li - 80mcg 0.2ml (8kg) 1yr - 100mcg 0.25ml (10kg)
