Physiological monitoring
System that monitors vital physiological parameters that clinicians can look at.
Defribillator
Device that send an electric pulse or shock to the heart to restore normal heartbeat.
Ventilator
Machines that moves air in and out of lungs.
Fluoroscopy System
Type of medical imaging that shows a continuous X-ray image on a monitor
Infusion Pump
Medical Device that delivers fluids, such as nutrients and medications, into a patient’s body in controlled amounts.
Intra-aortic balloon pump
Reduces workload on your heart, allowing your heart to pump more blood
Magnetic Resonance Imaging System (MRI)
Non-invasive imaging technology that produces 3D detailed anatomical images.

Essential Power
- Uninterruptible: Connected to UPS, no loss during outage (eg. data centres)
- Vital: Connected to vital power branch, loss of power for 10s. (eg. Emergy lights)
- Conditional:Connected to conditional power branch, first one to go if more essential power is needed, loss of power for 10s. (eg. medical record computer)
Isolated Power
Required in areas deemed wet.
Reduce electrical shocks and eletrical burns.
Power isolated from ground
Normal Power
Connected to normal power branch.
In power outage this would be off.
