Q

Density practical

A

-measure mass of object using mass balance
-fill measuring cylinder with water and record volume
-drop object into water and measure increase in water level (this is equal to the volume of the object)
-repeat 3 times and calculate average volume
-work out the density of the object by doing density = mass / volume
