The triple constraint is about balancing each constraint to reach a successful conclusion

It’s an organization structure, that combines
projectized organization structure and
functional organization structure.

What is a main advantage of the matrix organization in respect to realization of several projects?

It enables better resource use from the aspect of the company as a whole.
As needed resources are available for a period, this enables the optimization of using resources of the whole company.

In case of several projects, the availablility of experts for all departments to all projects reduces drastically the multiple resource use!
