Open it manually with the tool

No? Oxygen is diluted with ambient air.
Where are the oxygen bottles located?
1 at each end of the cabin

Large - 11 cu ft - 1200psi
Small - 14.5 cu ft - 1550psi
How long do the portable oxygen bottles supply oxygen?
30 minutes
How long does the PBE provide oxygen for?
15 minutes
