On the ADIRS Panel, what does this Fault light indicate?
One or more Inertial Reference systems is supplied by battery power only. (Will illuminate for a few seconds during the start of a complete alignment)
On the ADIRS panel, what does the Fault light on the IR push buttons indicate?
-Steady Fault: Respective IR COMPLETELY lost.
-Flashing Fault: Attitude and Heading information MAY be recovered in ATT mode.
On the ADIRS panel, what does the Fault on the Air Data push buttons indicate?
A fault detected in the associated Air Data Reference (ADR) computer.
On the Flight Control panels, what does the ELAC Fault light indicate?
-Fault in system detected
-During ELAC power up test (8 seconds) ((Extinguishes after successful test))
On the Flight Control panels, what does the SEC pushbutton Fault light indicate?
A failure has been detected.
On the Flight Control panels, what does the FAC pushbutton Fault light indicate?
A failure has been detected
On the Emergency Electric Power panel, what does the GEN 1 LINE pushbutton Smoke light indicate?
Smoke detected in the avionics ventilation system.
On the Emergency Electric Power panel, what does the RAT & EMER GEN pushbutton Fault light indicate?
A loss of power to AC Bus 1 & 2 IF the EMER GEN is not supplying power.
On the GPWS panel, what does the TERR pushbutton Fault light indicate?
Predictive modes have failed and the terrain is NOT shown on ND.
On the GPWS panel, what does the SYS pushbutton Fault light indicate?
If any of the Basic GPWS modes 1-5 malfunction.
On the Hydraulic panel, what does the ENG 1 or 2 PUMP pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-Reservoir Low Level
-Reservoir Overheat
-Reservoir Low AIR Pressure
-PUMP Low Pressure

When delivery pressure drops.
On the Fuel panel, what does the CTR TK XFR pushbutton Fault light indicate?
If the associated WING tank overflows.
On the Fuel Panel, what does the MODE SEL pushbutton Fault light indicate?
Center tank has more than 550lbs of fuel AND the Left OR Right WING tank has less than 11,000lbs of fuel.
On the Electrical Panel, what does the GALY & CAB pushbutton Fault light indicate?
When ANY generator load is ABOVE 100% of its rated output.
On the Electrical Panel, what does the IDG pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-IDG oil OUTLET overheats (above 180C)
OR
-IDG oil pressure is low (inhibited at low engine speed <14% N2)
On the Electrical panel, what does the GEN pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-Generator Control Unit (GCU) initiated protection trip
OR
-Line contractor opens without selecting the GEN pushbutton OFF
On the Electrical panel, what does the APU GEN pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-Generator Control Unit (GCU) initiated protection trip
OR
-The Line contractor opens without selecting the APU GEN pushbutton to OFF
On the Electrical panel, what does the BAT 1 & 2 pushbutton Fault light indicate?
Charging current for the corresponding battery is outside limits. This opens the battery contactor.
On the Electrical panel, what does the AC ESS FEED pushbutton Fault light indicate?
When the AC ESS Bus is not powered.
On the Air Conditioning panel, what does the PACK pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-The PACK flow control valve position disagrees with the selected position
-Compressor outlet overheats
-PACK outlet overheats
On the Air Conditioning panel, what does the ENG 1 or 2 BLEED pushbutton Fault light indicate?
CEO/NEO:
L eak (Wing or Engine)
O ver pressure downstream
O verheat
S tart in progress
A PU bleed ON
Plus for NEO:
-High Press valve failed open
-Single BTS failure on ground
-BTS disagree on ground
-Dual BTS failure inflight/on ground
-Fan duct burst detected by FADEC
On the Air Conditioning panel, what does the APU BLEED pushbutton Fault light indicate?
APU leak is detected.
On the Air Conditioning panel, what does the HOT AIR pushbutton Fault light indicate?
A duct overheat is detected at 88C. Hot air pressure regulating valve and trim air valves will automatically close.
On the Anti Ice panel, what does the WING pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-Wing anti-ice valve position disagrees with selected position (Including when valve is in transit)
-Low pressure detected
On the Anti-Ice panel, what does either of the ENG pushbutton Fault light indicate?
Engine anti-ice valve position disagrees with selected position.
On the APU panel, what does the MASTER SW pushbutton Fault light indicate?
When any of the numerous automatic APU shutdown triggers occur. (This excludes Fire when aircraft is IN FLIGHT.)
On the Cabin Pressure panel, what does the MOD SEL pushbutton Fault light indicate?
When a fault is detected in BOTH automatic systems
On the Ventilation panel, what does the BLOWER pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-Blowing pressure is low
-Duct overheat
-Computer power supply failure
-SMOKE warning is activated
On the Ventilation panel, what does the EXTRACT pushbutton Fault light indicate?
-Extract pressure is low
-Computer power supply failure
-SMOKE warning is activated
On the Cargo Smoke panel, what does the FWD or AFT pushbutton SMOKE light indicate?
-Both channels detect smoke
-One channel detects smoke with one channel faulty.
