Upper crossed syndrome (forward head & rounded shoulders), short muscles
upper trapezius, levator scapulae, sternocleidomastoid, scalenes, lastissimus dorsi, teres major, subscapularis, pectoralis major/minor
Upper crossed syndrome, lengthened muscles
deep cervical flexors, serratus anterior, rhomboids, mid trapezius, lower trapezius, teres minor, infraspinatus
