Eight pieces of cheese ravioli breaded and stuffed with Romano ricotta Parmesan and fontina cheese is in baked with pomodoro sauce mozzarella and Romano cheeses until golden brown
Lasagne (lasagne)
Wide flat pasta five layered with mozzarella ricotta Romano cheeses bolognese and pomodoro sauces then baked. 2 sauces + 3 cheeses = 5 layers
Lobster mac and cheese (lobster mac)
Cavatappi pasta tossed with lobster meat fontina Romano mozzarella and goat cheeses and a sauce of onions pancetta white wine crushed red pepper and heavy cream. Topped with crouton crumbs
Chicken Parmesan (chix parm)
Two 4 oz pieces of boneless chicken breast coated with mama mandola breadcrumbs, sautéed in olive oil and topped with pomodoro sauce, Romano cheese and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with cavatappi amatricianna
