Calamari Ricardo (Ricardo)
Fried squid with seasoned flour, served with a spicy Italian pepper sauce (Ricardo sauce)
Zucchini Fritte (fried zucchini)
Julienned zucchini that is lightly breaded and fried until golden brown. It is served with a roasted garlic aioli. The roasted garlic aioli is prepared with mayonnaise, roasted garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and herb mix
Mussels in white wine lemon butter (mussels)
Fresh mussels steamed in broth of onions, garlic, basil, lemon butter sauce, fresh lemon juice and anise flavor.
Mozzarella marinara (cheese)
6 slices of mozzarella cheese coated with Mamma Mandola breadcrumbs, fried and served with spicy marinara sauce.
Shrimp diavolo (shrimp diavolo)
Shrimp dipped in milk and breaded with flour, salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper and fried until golden brown. Topped with lemon butter an Italian pepper relish ( pepperoncini, red bell pepper, oregano, and crushed red pepper)
Arancini (arancini)
Risotto mixed with campagnolo sauce and Romano cheese breaded with Panko breadcrumbs and fried. Served with a side of spicy marinara sauce.
Tomatoes Caprese (Caprese)
Fresh milk mozzarella cheese seasoned with salt and black pepper, surrounded by slices of beefsteak tomatoes topped with diced beefsteak tomatoes, basil leaves, and red onions. Topped with a balsamic glaze and an extra virgin olive oil drizzle
Bruschette
6 slices of ciabatta bread brushed with extra virgin olive oil, then served or topped with Akers topping of the day.
Bruschette Caprese (sketa caprese)
Oven baked ciabatta bread served with fresh milk mozzarella cheese, pesto with pine nuts and walnuts, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil
Brushette Scotty Thompson (Scotty)
Oven backed ciabatta bread served with goat cheese baked in pomodoro sauce.
Antipasti plate (combo)
A combination of house favorites consisting of calamari, brushette Caprese and mozzarella marinara
