What is the procedure for fluoride varnish

A

o Isolate and dry tooth (use cotton wool)
o Apply small amount of fluoride varnish using brush
o Soft food and liquids may be consumed from 30 minutes after the varnish is applied
o The child should wait at least 4 hours before brushing their teeth or chewing hard foods
