A

Mixture of oily secretions from exocrine glands and milky, fatty fluid of apocrine glands
Lubricates ear canal, traps dust and foreign material

FDA Approved Pharmacologic treatment: carbamide peroxide
Other treatments: mineral oil, docusate sodium, olive oil, glycerin, dilute H2O2
