BDD DSM-5 criteria?
preoccupation with minor or non-existant physical defects (that others may not observe), resulting in repetitive behaviors (skin picking, checking mirror) or mental acts (comparing). it causes significant impairment and not accounted for by concerns with weight/body fat in eating disorders.
other examples of behaviors: seeking reassurance, cosmetic surgeries (unsuccessful), social anxiety
