Simvastatin- myopathy
Increased concentration of warfarin, dabigatran, flecainide, phenytoin
Increased arrythmia- SSRI, antipsychotics, lithium, mefloquine, tca, hydroxychloroquine
Increase bradycardia- beta blockers, diltiazem, verapamil
