Results:
- More than -1 = normal
- Between -1 and -2.5 = osteopenia
- Less than -2.5 = osteoporosis

A
Conservative:
- Addressing the risk factors, e.g. stop smoking, reduce alcohol, activity/exercise
Medical:
- Calcium and vitamin D supplementation
- Bisphosphonate
